Our position
Gambling at Lizaro should be entertainment, never a way to earn money or escape problems. Only people aged 18 and over may play.
Taking time out
A cool-off period pauses your account from 24 hours up to several weeks. Self-exclusion closes it for six months or longer.
Staying in control
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session reminders. Lower limits apply at once; higher ones only after a cooling period.
Keeping children safe
Nobody under 18 may register. Parental control software can block gambling sites at home.
Warning signs
Chasing losses, borrowing to play or hiding gambling from others are warning signs. So is feeling anxious when you are not playing.
Free support
Independent services offer free advice: the BZgA helpline on 0800 1 37 27 00, a local gambling addiction counselling service or Gambling Therapy. You do not need to be a customer to call them.
